2) ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS & HOW WE GET OUR PRODUCTS TO YOU

Please note we only process orders once a week (ON DEMAND TITLES EXCLUDED) and we always send out via eParcel Express,

* NEW titles are available from our Laverton Market store and can only be collected by us on the weekend (Between the hours of 11AM-3PM).
* NEW (Warehouse) titles are stored in our other warehouses in Australia/UK/US/CANADA (some go by Fortnightly to Monthly cycles).
* NEW (MOD) titles means Manufactured on Demand (Titles available on our NEW BRAND REGISTRY) these are manufactured on DEMAND and will ship within 24-48 Hours.
* NEW (CODE-IN-BOX) titles means the product is NOT available on a Physical Media Format and requires a service to download.
* (MOD) & (CODE-IN-BOX) PC GAME Titles – Also are available (BY REQUEST) as Downloaded Content which can be sent via Email or through our Cloud Server.
* Important Note : Our MOD services License Agreement prohibits us sending MOD-DVDS as Downloaded Content so please dont ask.
* USED titles are available from our Laverton Market store and can only be collected by us on the weekend (Between the hours of 11AM-3PM).
* USED #warehouserejects – this is when we raid warehouses across the world and find treasures for gamers to play at the cheapest prices we can find – packaging may not be crash hot (Cover Art maybe be broken – torn , crushed, ex-display, Cover Art may be washed out, even Pet loved ..lol)
* However the Media/Cartridge is BRAND NEW and FULLY GUARANTEED. – These warehouses we raid have complete return guarantees , so if the media is damaged itself you WILL NOT see it on this site. We now repackage these products the best we can. If possible we may send out a replacement cover artwork, but we still send the original artwork (unless its just loose media)
* USED titles with placeholder covers are in Good to Excellent Condition
* USED titles with scanned covers are shipped to you exactly as advertised in the images
* REFURBISHED titles is our new section to make more expensive games cheaper for GAMERS (Not Recommended for the Collector) and MAY be considered a dodgey product to some.
* ALL GAMES are FULLY GUARANTEED TO PLAY – however human error does occur and sometimes games can be overlooked on verification when processing many games at a time.
* ORDER CANCELLATIONS DO HAPPEN EITHER BY HUMAN ERROR BY FORGETTING TO UPDATE STOCK OR STOCK GETTING LOST OR STOLEN (Im Autistic so i try my best to provide the BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE within MY SYSTEM) AND CAN ALSO BE DUE TO ITEMS SHORT SHIPPED BY SUPPLIERS WHICH IS HAPPENING MORE OFTEN NOW THAN EVER – We will be in contact ASAP if we have to cancel your order (mistakes can happen on both the distributor and retailer sides).
